Filipino Soap Operas have always the same plot; rich person and poor person meets, they fall in love, and they conquer all odds. The love life in reality is so romanticized up to the point of total absurdity.

This is not the reality of love....

In reality, Love is like a market economy and your purchasing power are your looks. It's not concerned with people ending up with their soulmates. Its concerned about about the good looking people experiencing superficial attraction. Let's face it, in every one of us is a hypocrite. On the guys, I dont need to explain. However, Girls complain that all guys are Manyaks who love girls with beautiful faces and hot bodies, but if you would look at it, they also want every guy to be a walking Brad Pitt. How hypocritical is that? Look around you; who always bicker about the shallowness of the opposite sex? Of their superficiality?

But NO!!! As hard for you to believe, there are sincere guys also. But the irony of it is that they're the ones who get rejected!! They're the ones who get ignored!! Their sincerity is cast aside just because they dont look like Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp. Be ashamed....
